Records management is a discipline that in the recent past might have been considered by some as, how shall I say it, less than scintillating. But especially in service industries such as law, safeguarding records is a mission critical task, a fact that became even more obvious with the destruction resulting from 9/11. Technology has also had tremendous effects on records management from RFID technology to electronic records management.
